Meeting Package Services

  • Dedicated Conference PlannerOur meeting packages include a team of professional conference planners who are assigned to your group. Your dedicated conference planner will be your one contact for all of your planning needs at the Wyndham Peachtree. They will handle everything from guestroom reservations to your departure manifest and will walk with you every step of the way.
  • CommunicationsStay connected with wireless internet in your guestroom and all public spaces. Your accommodations include all local and domestic long-distance phone calls so you are always in touch with home and office.
  • Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in The TerraceThe Terrace Restaurant features an amazing variety of fresh cuisines and event catering. Enjoy our bountiful buffet or the action station, which offers a la carte foods made to order. 
  • Meeting Space On 24-hour HoldWe include your meeting space and breakout rooms on a 24-hour hold. Your meeting room remains yours until your departure and you won't incur room rental fees or the need to put your work away at the end of the day. Consult your sales manager regarding how much meeting space and the number of breakouts can be included in your CMP.
  • Continuous Coffee BreaksWe offer four foyers strategically located to your General Session and Breakouts. Coffee breaks offer a variety of delicious snacks and beverages that are replenished and rotated all day. Starting at 7am, we offer a continental breakfast spread moving throughout the day to afternoon snacks and an action station with expert chefs to create a special treat for your group. Our coffee breaks offer more than 10 snack items and 12 beverages at all times, sure to please every attendee in your meeting while eliminating the need to do menu planning.
  • Audio Visual EquipmentYour group will receive 1 AV Package per every 30 attendees. The AV Package includes; an LCD projector, screen to fit your room, flip chart with markers, wired microphone and wireless internet.
  • Wireless Internet in Public Areas - The Wyndham Peachtree Hotel and Conference Center features an extensive bandwidth for presentations and total connectivity and speed. All meeting space is Wi-Fi ready and included in your CMP.
  • Package Service ChargesThere is no need to tip any servers for meals included in your CMP during your stay with us as all gratuities are included in your CMP.

Complete Meeting Package (CMP): Request for Proposal

The Complete Meeting Package is an all-inclusive meeting package priced per person, per day that includes everything you need for a successful meeting. The Wyndham Peachtree's CMP includes:

Modified Meeting Package Request for Proposal

 The MMP gives meeting planners more options and the freedom to modify the CMP by removing one or more services. 

Day Meeting Package

This Package gives you all the perks without overnight accommodations. The DMP includes:

  • Meeting Space on a 24-hour hold
  • Continuous Refreshment Breaks from 7am-5pm
